I’m looking for my mother’s birth parents. She was adopted with arrangements made by The attending doctor (Dr Rolieri) in Alameda County, California, 1946 Her Adoptive parents are Hilton and Frances (Wright) Cornforth. My mother, Nancy Anne Cornforth grew up in the San Joaquin Valley and Bay Area. Supposedly the name on the birth certificate stated “Norma Smith.” We thought it was an alias, but someone with a DNA connection on Ancestry has a tiny tree with Norma Avalon Smith. I tried contacting the DNA cousin, but she hasn’t responded nor has been logged onto AncestryDNA since 2014. I don’t know if she lost interest with the DNA thing or if she’s...... um..... gone. I may be 20 years too late, but I’m willing to try. Thank you ♥️
