I was born in Compton Ca. My parents that adopted me Martin and Celia Mendez they lived in Santa Paula Ca‚ they discovered me from a neighbor that was taking care of me but wasn’t mentally stable someone called CPS and my parents took me in my biological parents were around but I was given to my parents by biological mother and biological father since they were married to other people I think my biological mother is Lily Hernandez my adoption was through Los Angeles County on September 16th 1974 I never knew I was adopted until 1995 by accident my parents would have never told me I lost both my parents and just wanted to tell my Biological Mother Thank You for carrying me for 9 months and giving me to a Loving Family who Loved me very much and I had a Great Life
