My daughter Ke’Moni and her sister Ki’Erra were removed from my care in 2008 or 2009. They were only 2 and 4 years old. CPS removed them for General Neglect saying I failed to protect them from a violent environment, even though I kept moving somewhere different because my abuser, their father kept finding me. I have not seen them since. During our time apart a lot has happened. Their baby brother Anthony was murdered by the babysitter, and they now have a baby sister name Jackie. Ke’Moni will be 18 next April, I have not seen her in 14 years so I am not even sure what she looks like, her younger sister Ki’Erra will be 15 next month, August 31st. They were both born in Sacramento, CA, Ki’Erra was a little lighter complexion than her sister Ke’Moni. The last I heard they were had been adopted and were being raised in Oakland with a nice white family. Both girls are African American, no mix. Ke’Moni’s full name is Ke’Moni Asharay De’Jean Giles, and her sister’s name is Ki’Erra Ayane Sallee Giles. I don’t know what their last names are now, or if they even still go by the names I gave them. I just want to find my babies.
