Born at Kaiser Foundation Hospital at 2025 Morse Ave, Sacramento California. Time of birth recorded as 8:16pm. I was adopted from Children’s Home Society of California at 1122 26th Street, Sacramento CA 95816. I tried to contact them a long time ago but closed and cant remember where they sent records..I think sealed in government office. A new birth certificate had to have been completed after August 23, 1968 because the adoption took place a few months after birth..just transfer of me to my adoptive parents but legal proceedings to finalize took longer. I will get that data if needed. Due to a heart murmur I could not be adopted right after birth to ensure no medical issues. So I went to my adoptive parents either Jan or Feb of 1968. I will try to find exact date. Social worker was Mrs Ronnie Moss. Local Registrar Austin W. Matthias, M.D. signed BC on Nov 30, 1967. Physician signed by last name Birch, it looks like Ronald is first name. I have no names of genetic family only traits and some of their interests. Thank you. I look forward to any little bit of information possible.
