Adoption was of two brothers, one born March 24th 1980 and the second was born March 12th 1981. They were both adopted at the same time by the same adoptive parents shortly after the second was born, in 1981 in San Luís Obispo, California. I only know the birthparebts were young teenagers at the time, one of them with Devere or Devera in their name.
