My Husband was adopted between 1986-1989. we don’t know much about his birth mother all we know is her name was Tracy or Teresa. she was 14-16 years of age at the time. my husband was born in Martinez CA and was adopted in Santa Rosa CA By the Tapia Family. PLease help me reunited my husband with his birth mother. He was also told that he has brothers from his mom that were also put up for adoption. We only have one picture of her with my husband in 1985.
