Helping my grandma find her son that was adopted around 1972. His birthday is October 18‚ year is possibly 1972. Adoption may have taken place somewhere in Southern California. Maybe near the Imperial Valley. My grandma’s parents sent her to a maternity home and made her give up her son for adoption since she was a minor‚ and it was a different time back then. I am not sure if the son’s birth certificate would have his parent’s name on it‚ my great grandparents‚ or none of those because of the situation. The son’s parent’s name is Buckley Duane and Catalina Ramirez. It’s been about 50 years and my grandma has always wanted to find him‚ but I think always scared to do so and now with her age‚ not sure where to start. Any info would be appreciated.
