My father informed me when I was a teenager that he and a woman had a baby they gave up for adoption. I believe they had been on drugs when my 1/2 sister was conceived. I also believe she was given up for adoption at birth. My fathers name is Daniel Gagne and the mothers name is Maureen (possible last names are Webb or Gagne). From what I remember being told is that my sister name when she was born was Alyssa. I am unsure if that spelling is correct. I am not sure as to what hospital the birth took place in but I do know it was probably near the Sonoma/Napa‚ California area.
