Seeking birth parents. Mother‚ Ellen Mae Kaplan born 1936‚ Chicago‚ IL. Son was born Feb 24‚ 1964 at Daniel Freeman Hospital in Inglewood‚ CA and adopted by Arnold Robert and Loretta Wolfson. At time of adoption‚ bMother’s address was 3501 Oak‚ Manhattan Beach‚ CA and residing with her brother Earl Kaplan. bMother returned to Chicago shortly after son’s birth. Her parents are Arthur and Freda (nee Libman). Public records shows she is now married to Leon H. Janus with 3 children: Allison‚ David‚ and Aaron. Online public records provided a York‚ PA address. Letter sent‚ but no reply. Don’t know if this is still a valid address. Update 2011: birth child has passed away and was never able to connect with his birth family. Half-brother denied relationship and mother refused all contact. Update 2023: I still hope some day to make connection with the birth family for my dear brother.
