All I know is that the adoption took place in LA California I do not know the hospital or country And my birth mother was around the age of 15-16 and my father was 17-18. My grandparents were deceased at least that is what I was told. My adopted father was in the military the time and we lived in California the Monterrey area for many many years. My adopted mother believes my biological parents were from New York.
