I am searching for my two daughters Alycia (20) aka Elissa & Amaya Garcia (15). They were adopted in Riverside county in 2011 or 2012. Just before Alycia’s 18th bday in 2023 adopted parents only known as Ted and Terri made contact via an email they no longer use and private phone numbers. I spoke to my oldest daughter 2 x and they suddenly cut off contact . I do not feel my girls are in a good situation and I feel they have been misinformed greatly.
