Born on Ft Ord. Non ID and search angel research bio said mother’s married name was Lewis with possible maiden last name of Urbanow(ski?). I have four older siblings‚ 3 by Lewis and 1 by a previous person. My bio mom was born in Poland‚ her parents born in Germany. I have an uncle. We know NOTHING about bio-dad‚ who was not her husband. Her husband (Lewis) made her put me up for adoption. We believe they met in Germany at the base and then during Vietnam‚ perhaps her husband was transferred to Fort Ord and then shipped out(?). I was adopted by Georgeann Farpelha (Holser) when I was around 2 wks old. We can find no marriage‚ divorce‚ birth or death certificates for my bio mom. We believe that they may have transferred back overseas‚ or if Lewis was killed‚ then maybe she left to go back overseas. We could find no other information. I have PKD‚ which is an inherited kidney disease and have no family medical history besides my mom being hospitalized while pregnant because of her kidneys.
