The mother on this adoption would be Vera Lucille Hopkins‚ she is from the Massachusetts and moved to California when she was young. My brother was adopted when he was a couple of years old I believe. I think that my mom was in an abusive relationship at the time and that is why she adopted him out. He has 3 half sisters and the oldest one is maybe only about 6 months to a year or so younger than him. I have been told his name was Gary Stephen‚ and adopted name was John Philip Morgan‚ but I don’t know what’s true. His last name could have been Hopkins or Sowers maybe prior to adoption.
