He was born on March 4‚ 2011 in Colton‚ CA with the name of Michael Lee Ott but was changed (about 2yrs after birth) to Samuel Lee (not 100% if his middle name was changed to something else or not). He has a sister named Britnie Lynn Stewart and a brother named Kenneth Michael Stewart III. I’m sure all last names have been changed to Guida due to the adoption. He moved to High Point‚ NC from Yucaipa‚ CA many years ago. I’ve contacted the adoptive parents with no luck of speaking to any of my children.
