We believe our Mother Michelle was adopted by her mother Madge in California or Utah. We were told my mother was the baby of one of Madge’s daughter Elberta’s friends. This friend was young and didn’t want a baby and Madge did. We are not sure if there was ever a legal adoption or if it was a here take this baby and raise her under the table type of deal. My mother Michelle did not have a birth certificate on file in the state of Utah or California so the search has been hard. My mother Michelle just passed away 10/19/2017 and we are trying to find any family out there.
