The manager of the sober living told the mereno valley police office to have his Sargent come out and test what he was claiming he was arresting me for. Upon arrival the officer had to release me due to not having any drugs to test as he brought the positive test with him upon arrival before showing up with CPS to my house. The cps workers also harassed other mothers that lived at the sober living as well claiming the sober living was a drug house. The manager went to the court hearing for cps taking my son and the worker and supervisor told me upon completing a hair follicle they would return my children‚ my test came back negative for any drugs or alcohol not just once but twice I completed and passed hair follicle test. I am not 35 years old and my son that was taken turns 18 next year. I jumped through all their hoops got certificates for all the classes and programs passed multiple hair follicle test. Nothing I ever did was good enough for my children to come home. my oldest turns 18 next year his birthday is March 18‚ 2006. I haven’t seen him since he was three. My lawyer Charles Casey at the time told me he had no power against the baby’s attorney and I needed to hire private counsel. At the very last court hearing as the judge terminated my parental rights he gave me a packet that was stamped confidential. He said he wasn’t suppose to give it to me but he gave it to me anyway. It had the people that were adopting my children‚ their names where they lived what they did for a living. Chad Paine and Juan Guerrero are married and have a very good relationship. I do not believe in a protective adoption the biological mother is suppose to know any of that information but for some reason my public defender thought he should give that to me. My son was also abused while in foster care and was brought to a special doctor that determines bruise and falls‚ the worker didn’t inform me any of the times he was moved from foster homes and they refused to give me any information about his medical. It was as if my parental rights were already taken away. Every visit the supervised worker was usually the same worker and every report she would make about how I interacted with my child she made me look like I was incompetent and couldn’t properly care for the child for example on his birthday I brought him a cake and the worker put that he had a sugar meltdown and that visit were not in the best interest of the child. She would decimate my character in any way she could twist the stories. I don’t know if anything can be done it’s been a very long time but I would like to know what happens to my two sons that were stolen from me a very long time ago Sent from my iPhone
