The hospital was san Bernardino community hosp. My brother was adopted at birth and left with his family. I knew his father and uncle. His mother’s name is dovie louise Hankins or dovie louise joyce. One of the doctors was Dr Ballard OBGYN but don’t think he was primary doctor.. I was 12 when he was born he would be 55 in 2017.
