I do not know if she changed her name I do know she is almost 20. Her bday is April 27. She also has a scar on her forehead. My second sister name was Ashley carter she was about four or five the last time I seen her. She would be 12 turning 13 in June. They were adopted together and they were both born in Sacramento , California.
