Hello, im searching for my husband birth parents, my husband is now 59 years old and desparate to look for his birth parents. I dont know what to start because most of the on line searching ask for money, which we dont have, can you please help us and provide some information how to start. I know that my husband was born in San Diego Hospital. Both parents was a teenager at that time and only keep him until 4 months old.Hes been in the orphan facilities until he was adopted at 5 years old. Please help my husband locate his parents.
