My adopted name is Tamara Brooks. I was born in Long Beach CA in 1970. I was adopted At birth but not placed until I was 6 months old due to my birth father being unreachable at the time of birth. I have written documentation and County adoption records that provided some non-identifiable information, outside of his mother being a librarian at the time and aided in locating my birth father which subsequently led to my relinquishment to my adoptive parents after 6 months. I have since (in 1996) been amicably reunited with my birth mother Karen Higgins and have a wonderful relationship with her. I have searched (not diligently) to find my birth father in the past and am now compelled to finally put my energies into finding him. I sincerely want to know if I have any siblings and if my father is heathy and happy. I only have the best intentions and I am fortunate to have had a wonderful and balance upbringing. I am searching for my birth father and his name is Richard Allen. Any information or assistance anyone can provide would be appreciated. Note: I am mature and don’t have expectations of any kind. I simple want to complete my circle
