I was placed for adoption through children’s home society (they are no longer active ) out of Oakland ca /Bay Area in 1972... I know my bio dad is Roy Moore or Mora? I found my bio mom Diane Ruth Black of Jerome Idaho (64)born and raised had ran away to California and met him knew through friends in the navy based out of alameda ca ... was told he was part Hispanic ? Possibly from Fremont or Compton ca? My first cousin Jimmy Carter/ Brazfield from Santa Fe New Mexico father is also Roy Moore or mora senior my bio dad is his son ... people have told me to look in the Duran / Rendon line in the Santa Fe / Taos New Mexico or Southern California please help
