When my mother passed away‚ I found letters she wrote to her daughter she was forced to give up for adoption. She was a senior in high school and was whisked away to a private Catholic school to give birth. Afterward‚ she and her siblings were told to never speak of it again. But my mom wrote lovely letters to her daughter 'Elizabeth' who would be my older sister‚ and I would love to connect with her. I completed a Sibling Wavier with Children's Home Society of California‚ but have never been matched.
