I was adopted from Alexian Brothers hospital in Santa Clara county. I lived in San Jose with my adoptive parents Deborah and Rubin Lopez until the passed away at a young age then I moved to Pennsylvania with family of my grandparents. I don’t know if I had a different name at birth and they changed it. My grandma did tell me that my birth mother was in addiction at the time and tried to come and get me multiple times but didn’t follow through with keeping. I don’t know if this is true or not it was told me like I said.
