I gave birth to my first child on August 21‚ 1999 at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield California. It was only 2 days after my 15th birthday. I was very young. At the time of birth I named her "Julie Ann Francene Isbell". She weighed 5 pounds and 8 Oz. She had blonde hair and blue eyes. She was my first child! When she was 3-4 years old‚ c.p.s. took her away from me and eventually ended up adopting her out. I never saw or heard from her again after that. I been trying to find her ever since. I’ve had 6 more children after her‚ and they too have been adopted out. Julie has 4 little sister’s and 2 little brothers of whom I intend to also search for them too.
