I am searching for my birth sister who was born in later 1955 or early 1956. She was born in San Diego California. Our birth mother lived in El Cajon (or the surrounding area) for all of her adult life. Our birth mother’s name Mary Elizabeth Wion (also known as Phillips/Stieringer). The doctor who took care of our mother during pregnancy was George Dunklee, and very likely her birth was attended by him, or his sister Dr Patricia Dunklee. I was told that the name o the hospital was San Diego Hospital. It no longer exists. I was also adopted, and it is very likely that my sister and I share the same father. I have not been able to find out any information about him. It was a private adoption in my case, and of course all of the records were sealed. I am only guessing as to the birth month and date (no "unknown" as a choice)
