Hello I’m looking for my children they were taken from me in Susanville ca in 2003. My oldest his birth name was Frank Clark Duncan jr 11/24/1997 My daughter is Rose lorene duncan her birthday 6/ 3/1999 my youngest son is Christopher Joe Duncan 9/20/2000 . As far as I was told they were adopted out of Colorado I’m not sure what city. I really want them to know I have never stopped looking for them and I hope they are well.
