i am searching on behalf of my father, Kenneth Harry Fesperman, who recently passed, he always wanted to know about his adoption but adopted parents were not willing to give him the information. Iv’e always been interested myself in finding information about his birth situation and family history for personal and health reasons, as I didnt get to meet him myself until I was 21. I have very little information other than his adopted parents were Harry and Lilly Fesperman of Burbank CA, he was born in Whittier California on or around 6/11/1953 and there is an address on his birth certificate next to the attending doctors signature, looks like J.P. Mortensen M.D., 5330 Whittier Blvd L.A, which may be where the medical facility was where he was born. I was also told by a cousin of the adopted mother at her funeral that the birth father was the son of an important individual in the community and it was believed that the adoption was a cover up as they were unwed which was not accepted. Weather this is true or not, im not sure but it was a subject that no one wanted to talk to me about even after both parents had passed. His birth parents may no longer be alive but im hopeful that he might have siblings out there or other family members that may have the answers to this mystery.
