I’m searching for my daughter Elizabeth Ann born at UCI medical center in Orange, California September 13th 1997. She was placed in foster care at age 2 in Chico, California Butte County 1999. She was adopted in Butte County at age 4, 2001. She has reddish-brown hair and hazel eyes, she will probably be around 5’5 and might wear glasses, she has asthma and had pneumonia as a child. We called her Ellie for short. And she is incredibly intelligent, her younger biological sister has aspergers so she too might have a form of autism or have other psychological issues such as bipolar.
