On February 25th 1966 when I was 17 years old I gave birth to a baby boy at St Elizabeth’s Home in San Francisco, California. My mother would not allow me to bring my child home and because I was a minor at the time I made what I thought was the most loving decision to allow my son to be adopted. I have always regretted that decision.
