My birth mom was 14 years old. She was 5’ tall, 95 pounds and petite. My birth father was 5’7" tall. My birth mother had olive complexion, dark brown hair, and large brown eyes. My father was 17 years old, medium weight and caucasian. The Orange County Department of Social Welfare took part in the placement of me as a child. Also, the law offices of Richard Loewe and George D. Roberts in the city of Tustin helped in the manner. The Social Services Supervisor was Lawrence M. Fruhlinger.
