The adoptive parents Claude and Bealuah Hullum changed their names to Ronald Lee Hullum and Rickie Hullum. The birth mother was 5'4"‚ black hair‚ brown eyes‚ med brown complexion‚ 9th grade education‚ good health history. The birth father was 5'6"‚ black hair brown eyes‚ med brown complexion‚ good health history‚ US ARMY three years. I believe they were born in San Diego because they were in the custody of San Diego County Dept. of Public welfare untill placement in adoptive home on Oct 21‚ 1955. The adoption was finalized on Jan 10th 1957 declared by Judge of Superior Court Robert B. Burch. Order for adoption number 210849. Their pediatrician was Dr. Fehlmann
