To whom it may concern I was told by the mother after I had found another daughter from her and I am now in her life my daughter birth and adoption I wasn’t aware of until a few years ago I can’t imagine not knowing my child or my child not knowing who her father is I would like to get to know her if possible when the time comes I would like to be a part of her life. All the information I was able to get from the birth mother Neisha Monique Smith is that she was born at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield California I don’t have the birth date but she should be 15 years old this is all I have at the moment . The application won’t let me continue with out putting a birth date or a birth month so I’m going to make one that isn’t correct.
