I am helping my friend find any of his biological family. He was born April 2‚ 2006 in Sacramento‚ Ca‚ we believe‚ and adopted not long after birth. We believe he has siblings who were taken by CPS but not sure if they were adopted as well or later returned to their parents. He has black hair and medium brown skin tone‚ could be bi-racial‚ or maybe Hispanic? We truly don't know. We would like to find any family that may be out there tho.
