On my birth certificate my mothers name is listed as Elizabeth Cynthia Clark and my father is listed as frank lee Farris. I was in the foster system until I was 10 and then was adopted. I have cognitive disabilityies and health issues. I was told that both of my birth parents had health issues. I have children and I need to know what their future holds. I also have ha a difficult life and would like some peace.
