Looking for my first born daughter who was born on the day July 22nd 2009. Her name is Amber Fransceen and due to limitations of the situation her mother and I found ourselves in we decided we wanted what was best for her. So that's he would have everything we never did. However I was lead to believe this was an open adoption and was never contacted or invited to see my beautiful little girl grow and now she's just about 16 years old. I have tried to contact her parents without any success over fge years and have decided enough is enough
