I am searching for my birth mother. She had two children and stayed (or lived) in San Jose, California when I was born. She was originally from Utah. My adoption was privately arranged by an attorney, and an obstetrician. All parties involved in the adoption (including my birth parents) are deceased, and I have found no official records of my adoption. My last name has not changed and is the same as my adoptive parents. My adoptive mother’s name was Susan, probably no middle name, and her last name may have been O’Neil before she was married.
