The birth took place at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland, California. The doctor’s name was Dr. David VanEvery. The adoption went through Orange County Social Welfare Services in Santa Ana, California. The social worker’s name was Christina Fernandez. The adoptive parents were unable to have children and had previously adopted a son in 1967. The father was in his early 30’s and was 5’10 1/2" tall. The mother was in her late 20’s and was 5’3" tall. I believe they lived in the Southern California area. I drew 4 pictures in pastel chalk and asked that they go with my daughter when she was placed. I don’t know if the pictures went with her.
