I was born baby Mark on Jan 29th 1964 at Presbyterian hospital in San Francisco. I was adopted through the city and county of SF and these records are sealed because of the year and the official nature of them. I am looking for my parents in particular my mother who I would hope to connect with. I know from the single non-confidential info from the city that my biological parents were neither married or together, (I believe). From that paperwork the story also said that my mother came to the SF area to have the child so I am at a loss for info about where she came from.
