Her name was Jackqueline A. Heinen and her name was change to Jennifer (Jenny) Tufo. She was born 04/04/88 in Dallas, Texas. Female. When she was a baby she had blonde hair and hazel eye. Now I believe her hair may have remained blonde or it could be brown. This was her physical appearance when I saw her while fighting the adoption agency to try to get her back into my custody. This was due to her mother gave her up without my knowledge, until I received notice asking if I would give up my right as the father. Which in turn notified the adoption agency that I would not and I would them fight tooth and nail to get her back. Now she is older and has a family of her own and I would dare not bother her in any way since after speaking with my older daughter she stated that she wouldn’t like to be bothered if she was adopted.
