This search is for my nephew, Kobe Wes Lee Kelley was his birth name. He is my oldest brothers child. He was adopted out in Glenn county in 2005 to Wendy and Preston O’Lary. They lived in Orland CA for a long time, but moved and I believe they moved to Atascadero CA. Kobe is over 18 now and my family and I want him to know us and where he comes from. We did hire a lawyer spent our life savings on it, fought for two years and still he got adopted out. We just want to be in his life. We love him so much and have agonized over how muc. We miss him. We just want to be a part of his life. Thank you
