I am searching for my father, Gary L Vermillion. Birth parents were Quitman Vernon Burdick and Audrey Thompson (possibly Eversole at the time). I don’t know if he’s aware he’s adopted or not. He may be in the Illinois/Missouri/Iowa area and may be homeless or currently struggling. He was adopted by George and Dorothy (Hardyman) Vermillion who were originally from Newman, IL but moved to California at some point. My father’s SSN was issued in California. After Dorothy died in 1972 they moved back to Newman, IL.
