Yes I was adopted out of Children Home Society in Oakland I was born at Alta Bates Hospital and that’s all I really know I just am more interested in finding my medical records I like the history of my medical family background but I have been able to figure out how to get those records I don’t believe my birth mother still alive so I didn’t think it would be a big of a deal but please contact me thank you
