I was born in palm springs CA Riverside county, my birth certificate says Desert Hospital. The only info I have so far is my birth mothers maiden name is most likely Matts, im pretty sure she was married twice. So she had two married names, Ford and Chase. My adoptive parents names are Kathy Ann Nelson and Kenneth Lee Nelson. Im not sure if this is relivent, but when I was born I was born with Cleft Lip/Pallet. I was taken to a foster home almost right away because it was believed that I wasn’t going to live through the next 24 hours. The people who ran the foster home are my adoptive parents, they adopted me when I was a little over a year old.
