Father was Charles Hebert and I have found him & family. Am still trying located birth mother, Marion Collins from the San Francisco area (Richmond). I was led to believe I was born at Queen of Angles Hospital in LA but have since come to learn that I was born in San Francisco and that my adoptive mother knew my birth father. I only learned this after each of their passing. My birth father was stationed at Alameda at the end of WWII which is how I think he met my birth mother.
