I was sent to a rehab‚ by a social worker‚ my son was left with my mother Ann Marie Trevino (Holleman) this all took place in Riverside county my mother lived in Cathedral City. California I had a weekend pass I went to visit my son he was 8 months old it was the last time I ever seen him a month later I completed the rehab. Went to get my son and he was gone I was told he was put up for adoption. And I supposedly signed him over for adoption but I didn’t so I don’t know anything more there was never any loss parental rights no family court no department of child service case nothing I was told that the man who took me to the rehab is who my mom let adopted my son. Supposedly his first name was never changed she still goes by the first name Carlos I just don’t know what his last name was changed to all I know is I went to rehab for 2 months I see my son once when I got the out of rehab he was gone no information no court gates no social services know nothing I’ve been looking for my son since 1996 please help me my son’s birth name was Carlos Ventura Morales my name is Florence Michelle Morales my maiden name is Solomon the father’s name is Ventura Morales Morales he was born in Indio California and John f Kennedy memorial hospital at 4:30 p.m. September 18th 1995 I went to drug rehab because they said I needed it for counseling reasons and July of 1996 August 31st 1996 I completed the drug program I went to my mother’s house and my son was gone I haven’t heard her sooner than anything from him since
