Brian Carl Peden (adoptee) I am Julie L Peden Espinosa (ex wife of 14 yrs) we have 2 adult children. Brian passed away July 2 2018. He was born in Fairfield Ca. Jan 18, 1969 is said to have 1 biological sister. Biological parents to our knowledge were eventually married after Brian’s birth, and in their early 20’s. Age at adoption between 6 and 13 months old not totally sure.
