The doctor who delivered me is Walter F. Korcek, MD, in Upland, CA at San Antonio Community Hospital, on April 9, 1963, at 10:25pm (at least, that is what my birth certificate states.) The attorney that facilitated the private adoption is Harold Lance of Upland, CA. He is still living as of this post 09/26/2017. I am VERY anxious to receive ANY potential information, especially on medical condition(s) that are/have been inherited. I have a son who I would like to have this info as well. The photo posted is of me and my son (your Grandson?) in Las Vegas December 2016. Thank you!! I have taken a DNA test through Ancestry.com which states that I am 18% Native American. I hope this helps in my search!!
