I am looking for any family members of Fernando. Born in San Bernadino Cal. Had 2 older sisters and a younger brother at the time he was given up. He and his younger brother were a year apart and both given up. Fernando was 1 yr and his brother 3 months i believe. I’m not sure if the 2 older sisters were or were not given up. Fernando was supposably the name he was born with and kept it after he was adopted at the age of 4.
