I’m looking for my husband (of 30 years) birth parents. All we have is Birth mothers name Carol Ann Thomas He was adopted at 3 months old (1965) in Upland California. His adopted parents were living there while his adopted dad was completing his MD internship. His adopted parents took him home at 3 months, but the adoption wasn’t final until a year later after his adopted family moved to Browning Montana to fulfill a post for the national health board. His name on his original birth certificate is “baby boy Thomas” His adopted parents told him his birth parents were young College students who were athletic and that is all! California is a closed adoption state and his adoption file is closed!
