my grandchildren Rian Christian Esparza ‚ girl‚ and Rory Daniel James Esparza‚ boy‚ were adopted without consent to a military couple Kirk and Nicole Pettay in Kern County. after adoption was finalized by court in Bakersfield‚ the Pettays changed my grandchildrens names to Zoey and Charlie Pettay and moved to Nellis Airforce base in Nevada. since then they have either quit the military or have been staioned to an unknown location.
